    okay so the shrimp curry is WAY more complicated.

    Owww!!! now, now. An allergy isn't a disease... just pop some Claritin. Benadryl is u wanna knock urself out... (i know AAALL about horrible allergies and you have my empathy...) There is a recipe to health... but you must customize and create your own cookbook. It's not easy... xo ~:P
